The Count Down Begins!
Badminton Asia had conducted the Draw Ceremony for the SCG Badminton Asia Junior Championships 2016 today (28th June 2016) at 1130hrs (Malaysian time) in simple and casual environment at the secretariat. The guest of honour to witness the ceremony is Mr. David Wee, the Chairman of Development and Council Member of Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM). He was present along with BAM coach Kwan Yoke Meng, Administrators, Stephanie Shalini, and How Kim Tho, and 4 players from Malaysia who will be participating in the Championships.
The Draws was for both Mixed Team and Individual events, where all present had the opportunity to be involved in the Draw process, and the players are given the opportunity to operate the electronic draw system employed.
Also present is Badminton Asia Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Kenny Goh and the staffs from the events department.
